Severna Park

Located north of Annapolis in Anne Arundel County, between the eastern shore of the Severn River and the northwestern shore of the Magothy River, Severna Park offers hundreds of miles of shoreline. Arundel Plaza is a water-privileged community in Severna Park that consists of about 70 homes. The community is located less than a half-mile from the heart of the city. Belleview Estates

Founded in 1931 as a vacation community, Carrollton Manor consists of about 500 homes and is located on the Severn River in Severna Park. Evergreen Estates is a community in Severna Park that consists of 101 homes. Fairwinds on the Severn is a community in Severna Park with Severn River water privileges. Hollywood on the Severn

Linstead on the Severn
